You can sleep soundly

Students at Yezreel Valley College can sleep soundly, knowing that new dormitory buildings have been enlarged with 165 beds added, so there is now residential space for some 500 students.

The dormitories enable the many non-local students to enjoy the unique learning atmosphere they won’t find anywhere else. Student life in the dorms is lively and includes a variety of social and cultural events. They are located at the northern entrance to Afula, adjacent to the main road that leads to the campus.

The dormitories are near major centers of activity in the city, including the Cultural Center, the country club, the tennis club, various sports fields and shopping centers.

Options for dormitory residence:

Apartment for four roommates: Each student receives a spacious, furnished room of their own. Each apartment also has two full bathrooms, as well as a shared living room and kitchen. All furniture is high quality and includes a wide bed, a large closet, a desk, shelves, and a chair. The shared furnishings include: two seating areas, a coffee table, a dinette, and a refrigerator. The apartment also has a central air conditioning/heating system.

Apartments for couples: Each apartment contains a bedroom, a full bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. Furnishings in the apartment include a double bed, a large closet, a desk, shelves, a chair, two seating areas, a coffee table, a dinette, and a refrigerator. The apartment also has a central air conditioning/heating system.

Common spaces: All dorms have shared public spaces including a common room with free wireless internet, a laundry room, two computer rooms with printers and photocopiers, a grocery store, and mailboxes.

Internet and cable service: Each apartment has infrastructure for internet and cable connectivity. Connections are contracted directly with the service providers.

Travel to campus: There is shuttle service between the dormitories and the campus.
