Responsibility and Ethics in Management Education for Future Challenges

The Max Stern Yazreel Valley College, represented by Dr. Lubna Tannous-Haddad, is honored to be a member of the European Commission project (Erasmus+) focusing on embedding responsibility, ethics and cross-cultural awareness in management, through Attentive Teaching. This initiative is a collaboration of several Israeli and European institutions. The two-years project will provide a baseline understanding regarding Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development and attitudes of educators and students regarding these important areas. Based on this assessment, we will develop innovative pedagogical materials and methods to better engage Business students, thus equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to make more educated and insightful decisions regarding these important matters.
