Job Shadowing

The job shadowing experience at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University in Georgia brought together administrative staff from several units of the college with Georgian counterparts for a week of professional learning and international exchange.

The program provided the participants with an opportunity to explore different approaches to higher education administration, exchange professional knowledge and practices, and gain new perspectives through direct engagement with colleagues at the university.

The experience marked an important step in strengthening the College’s international partnerships and creating opportunities for professional learning and knowledge exchange across different administrative units. We sincerely thank Tamar Dundua and the International Relations Office for their warm hospitality, openness, and generosity, which contributed to a valuable and enriching experience.
 

The job shadowing program at the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) in Heraklion, Greece, brought together administrative staff from bouth institutions for a week of exchanging professional expertise. The program provided participants with an opportunity to explore different approaches to higher education administration, and gain new perspectives through meaningful cross-cultural collaboration and direct engagement with HMU colleagues.
