Introduction

We live in a society where the vast majority of human needs are met within organizational frameworks. The quality of services we receive has a profound impact on our living conditions, quality of life, life chances, and life expectancy.
In this context, there is a clear social need for professionals who are present within human service organizations—with all their internal diversity – and who see their role as continuously aligning organizational practices with the needs and desires of their clients.
Our curriculum is designed to meet this important challenge

Undergraduate program description
The study program in the Human Services Department provides students with knowledge that combines a theoretical foundation, professional skills and practical training. Studies enable graduates to work in a range of positions, including management, organization, training and development, service process management and human resources, in an array of service organizations in the business, government-public and social-civil sectors.

The study program includes two specializations: Human Resource Management and Nonprofit Organization Management. Studies provide students with a broad foundation in a range of disciplines (psychology, sociology, economics, management studies), alongside knowledge and specific skills in the human services field.
